Hello everyone ! I  havn’t given any sign of life since December 1st. But I am still alive. 🙂

And I come back with a cake. These pretty pink cake was made to celebrate the first birthday of my husband’s goddaughter named Julie. If you had the chance to taste this cake you obviously would have recognize a flavor of lemon. I made it in two colors: pink and yellow and a checkerboard appeared when cutting. And the buttercream was a raspberry buttercream, yum yum…

Hi little penguins! Today is December 1st and it is since the beginning of November that I have been thinking of making this Advent calendar. I would have liked to present it on my blog before December 1st but it’s always like that, we finished everything at the last minute. And as I finished it yesterday, I can only show it to you today.

I wanted to make a calendar that I can reuse in the next few years. Si it must be solid, pretty and practical. I had the idea to make a small village with: houses, a church, fir trees and some diamonds that would fall from the sky. They do not really fall from the sky but they are hanging on a fir decorative tree that I already had.

A few days ago was the birthday of a very good friend of mine. She turns 30 years old and for her gift we all collect money to offer her a wonderful gift: Louboutin shoes. Indeed my friend Emma is a real fashion victim. We met at “l’Ecole d’Arts Appliqués de la Chaux-de-Fonds” in 2004. She studied “fashion design” and I studied “graphic design”. Since then, we still are good friends. And I’m very thankful to have her in my life as a friend because she’s a very kind person always in a good mood. 😉

I am very very very happy to announce that I am aunt again 🙂 Tata Cookie is back 🙂 Indeed, my little sister and her lover had a little Lycia. I absolutely wanted to offer them a unique gift for the birth of this little “coqueliquette”.

Like I promise on my Instagram account, here is THE recipe of my lemon meringue cheesecake with lemon curd inside. This is the perfect dessert for everyone who loves lemon. However, you’ll need time to bake this cheesecake; about a half day (especially because of the baking time and the chilling time). Or, you can bake the cheesecake on the evening for the next day (but it should take about 3 hours the night before because you have to make the lemon curd (about 1 hour chilling time) and bake the cheesecake (1.5 hour)).
